"I have been seeing Dr. Tim Vidale for about two months now. He is helping me recover from a fully ruptured achilles tendon, and we're both working toward me playing soccer again. This injury is terrible and it's a tall order. I really like visiting Dr. Vidale, and his treatment and exercise are helping me recover from this injury faster than I expected, and faster than a friend who had the same injury last year. Even my surgeon is impressed with the progress I'm making. The biggest reason I gave Dr. Vidale 5 stars is because of the personal attention and the program he put together for me. You book 30 minutes with him, and you are the only patient he sees during that time. That is far superior to other PT clinics I've been to where the therapist spends 5-10 minutes with you and sends you off to do exercises while they see other patients. Dr. Vidale is continually monitoring my progress and tailoring the sessions and take-home exercises for me. He is very responsive to my discomfort (achilles tears HURT) and pushes me to work through it while staying cautious not to do any damage. He's everything an athletic person would want in a physical therapist. He is a current athlete and understands the physical condition we want to get back to."

"I was waiting to actually heal and test this out so I could write an honest review. I have a condition called Chondromalacia patella. Let me start by saying that I went to a few other PTs before this and my issue was not remotely addressed. I used to run a lot and about 2 years ago I started to feel a pain in my knee when I ran and over time also when I walked. Last winter was really terrible for me and I knew that I had to take this seriously and do some solid research to find a good PT! I thank my stars that I found Momentous! From the moment I walked in, I could sense that this place was like no other. Dr. Vidale spent a lot of time explaining the condition to me in layman terms. I made him repeat it so many times and yet he answered every doubt patiently. He is very friendly, caring and passionate about your recovery. He gives you exercises that are very doable and I did not realize that I ever so effortlessly built muscle around my knee! I like to get personalized attention and that is the best part about this place! I wasn't left in a corner doing the same exercise for an hour by myself (like the old PT). In fact, the doctors even correct you during the sessions when you think they are not looking! I loved the high fives at the end of successful sessions! Also, in my first session, I had no idea about dry needling and was skeptical. He explained how it works and I trusted him with it! It has worked so well that I am planning to go back for dry needling for my chronic headaches! I wish Dr. Vidale and Momentous the best and I highly recommend this place!! P.S. I recently returned from Turkey and walked 4-5 miles every single day the whole week without a tinge in my knee! This is when I knew that the therapy had worked wonders for me! Dr. Vidale - You're a lifesaver! Thank you!"

"So I've only been once and I feel like there's a great possibility I maybe able to run without pain. I was a gymnast for 16 years and my knees got the all of the impact and force that came along with being a gymnast. Needless to say I've probably had tendonitis for going on 10 years. It has been tolerable so I have been dealing with it. However I have recently taken up semi long distance running and the more I run the more I hurt. I signed up for three races in the fall and wanted to be out of pain before they happen, I came from a referral from a good friend, and after my first appt with Dr. Vidale I was able to squat without knee pain, I was pretty damn impressed. I will definitely be going back and sending my mom as well."

My knee was really giving me problems, going up or down stairs and running were difficult. I think I waited too long for it to get better on it's own. After consulting with Dr. Vidale he suggested trying "dry needling". I never heard of this but agreed to give it a try. We did it same day, and I noticed relief right away. After that I was able to do basic exercises which helped get me back to normal. At 54 I need whatever help I can get to keep in shape. Thanks Tim!

Not only does Dr. Vidale help get you where you want to be, he also educates you on the way. I went in to treat some back pain and toward the end of my treatments, I was rear ended the following week. Dr. Vidale was able to see me immediately and walk me through next steps to get me back up and running. Definitely the cream of the crop.

I had surgery for a torn labrum in my hip. The surgeon said recovery could take up to six months. I started physical therapy with Dr. Tim Vidale a week after surgery and he had me running again eight weeks later. I was able to train, without injury, for the next few months and ran the Parkway Classic with my fastest time in a 10 miler. Dr. Vidale is thorough, meticulous, and an expert in rehabilitation, prehabilitation, and performance. I recently had an issue with my rotator cuff and Momentous was my first call. After one session of dry needling, my months of discomfort was almost immediately relieved. I have a plan with Dr. Vidale and know I'll be back to full strength in a matter of weeks.

I recently became a client of Dr. Vidale after experiencing pain for some time in my wrist and hand. I had been to see both orthopedic specialists and occupational therapists, neither of which provided much relief by way of their treatments. The different treatments and procedures (including a cortisone shot) did not help my condition. After talking through my symptoms and evaluating my condition Dr. Vidale recommended dry needling. After one dry needling session at Momentous I began to feel immediate relief to a condition that had been bothering for months. I will continue to work with Momentous as I have full confidence in Dr. Vidale's knowledge, expertise and practices.

I have been going to Dr. Vidale for years and was so happy to find out about Momentous. I was having some really uncomfortable shoulder pain and he moved around his schedule so that he could see me that day. He spent an hour with me both diagnosing the problem and doing a treatment. You simply can't find anyone else who care more about his patients.

I visited this facility today and was blown away by the skill, knowledge and professionalism that Dr. Vidale possessed. I came in with some one pain. Dr. Vidale identified some deep and acute knotting in my legs and used the dry needling technique to relieve the tightness and pain. He assessed my issue super quick; applied the right remedy and now I'm walking around without knee pain! The location is also conveniently located in Shaw with free on street parking, so it was very accessible. I'll definitely be back and will refer this business to everyone I know in need of physical therapy services.

I visited Dr. Tim Vidale for a foot injury. He was knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything that was happening with my foot, why and what the treatment plan was to fix it. He used a tablet to show what was happening under the skin. I left my first appointment feeling like I know what was going on and that it was going to get better. It did get better, much better. I like that Dr. Vidale really listens to what is happening with your injury throughout your treatment and tweaks or adds when necessary. The exercises were not always pleasant or easy but they worked! The office is wonderful, not at all what i expected for that building. Light and airy and friendly. The receptionist warmly welcomes you in. I tell everyone who knows me how PT went that he is awesome. He is really an awesome doctor.
